Namara worked with social advocate Yale Fox to develop LandlordWatch, a tool that prospective renters can use to check the building they’re looking at against the number of audits and violations it’s received.
Landlords generally hold all the cards when negotiating a new rental agreement. In a tough real estate market, eager renters often don’t know that they’ve made the wrong choice until it’s too late.
LandlordWatch gives renters the information they need to make the decision that’s right for them.
By providing LandlordWatch with a constant feed of data pertaining to 311 requests, rental violations, and other metrics that show the true nature of a property, ThinkData was able to help streamline the information that powers their site, ultimately leading to better service for their users.
